Heat Printing

The Heat Press, also known as a Heat Transfer is a technique using heat and pressure to transfer an image/design onto a shirt. First, you choose an image; this could either be a logo or a realistic photo. The image is edited and touched-up with color correction to make sure it will look perfect on a t-shirt. Then, using high-quality printers, the image is placed onto professional heat transfer vinyl. The image is then placed on a shirt and positioned onto a commercial Heat Press. When the Heat Press is placed on top of the shirt and design, the image melts into the fibers of the clothing thus making it part of the shirt without disturbing the top image. Then, the vinyl is simply peeled off and you are left with the finished product.

This method is great for a small order as there are no minimums, if you are looking for a detail oriented image, and if you are looking for an affordable option. Although this method can be a cheaper alternative to Screen Printing, it is not as durable. This printing is great for the following products: Jerseys, face masks, tablecloths, and for realistic photos on apparel.
